Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician for Retreat at Johns Creek in Duluth, GA. You will own the property maintenance tasks, respond to resident requests, and support a welcoming community tailored to resident comfort.

Expect to handle maintenance, grounds, and pool duties as you grow, with bonuses for on-call work, paid certifications, and strong benefits including medical, 401k, and generous PTO. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Willingness to learn pool maintenance and grounds tasks.
