Job summary

The Lodge at Columbia Point, part of Columbia Hospitality, is hiring a General Maintenance professional in Richland, WA. You’ll keep the club clean, safe, and functional, assisting with electrical, mechanical, and general repairs.

We value hands-on tradespeople who can handle multiple tasks, operate tools safely, and maintain a positive, service‑oriented attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience or equivalent in a trade or 2+ years in building maintenance.
• General understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform painting, woodworking and carpentry.
• Ability to perform maintenance and general repairs.
• Knowledge and safe operation of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building’s physical appearance and ensure mechanical/electrical systems function properly.
• Keep engineering tools and storerooms clean and organized, store parts correctly.
• Complete delegated work orders promptly and professionally.
• Respond to after-hour calls as necessary and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
