Job summary
KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Horizon Pointe in Manistee, MI. You will handle the overall maintenance, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call duties to ensure resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair. You will safely use hand and power tools to perform residential repairs and maintain property standards.
Qualifications

- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.

Responsibilities
