About the Role

The Maintenance Technician is a crucial part of our team and is responsible for keeping our properties in top-notch condition. This person will fulfill work orders and property turns. Responsibilities include plumbing, light electrical work, gutter cleaning, drywall repair, painting, clean-up, light HVAC work, appliance repair, and general minor household repairs. The Maintenance Technician may also assist with training and supervising other maintenance techs in the market. We will provide all necessary tools and materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance
• HVAC maintenance and/or installation experience is a plus
• Expertise in your craft; ability to assess problems and fix issues efficiently and professionally
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional service during maintenance calls
• Ability to work and assist with emergencies after hours and on weekends when necessary
• Ability to manage subcontractors when needed
• Capability to perform move-in and move-out inspections
• Comfortable operating in a technology-driven environment from the field
• Sense of humor and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a security background check and drug screening
