Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments in Magnolia, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our community facilities in top condition. You will be the right-hand to management, ensuring safety, curb appeal, and reliable service for residents and colleagues.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of community maintenance experience, knows appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic building maintenance, and communicates clearly in English. Proficiency with computers is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Able to use computers and related applications.
• Possess a versatile, all-around maintenance skill set.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide complete support to management to uphold standards and procedures.
• Ensure all safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory control, and security.
• Inspect for curb appeal and ensure the property looks its best.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
