The maintenance technician is responsible for providing an attractive, clean, safe, and well-maintained property, using a systematic approach that maximizes satisfaction by prospective and current renters.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the interior and exterior of rental properties, including drywall, painting, basic installation of appliances, and basic knowledge of heating & air, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Be available for after-hour emergencies.
• Inform management of needed updates.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory of tools.
• Understand and respond to renters’ needs to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds.
