The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Auburndale facility to maintain ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and water treatment systems. You will troubleshoot plant utilities and support safety programs in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will also train peers, read blueprints and operate power tools, forklifts, and heavy equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and reliability across plant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Minimum 5 years industrial plant maintenance experience in ammonia refrigeration and HVAC.
• Must obtain CIRO or higher within 6 months from date of hire.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics; PLC knowledge is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures and high noise levels.

The Refrigeration Maintenance Technician II operates and maintains plant facility equipment including boilers, refrigeration (anhydrous ammonia), water filtration, air compressors, electrical systems, piping systems, and hydraulics. Direct and track contractor needs, and activities as directed by management. Perform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of Quality, Service, and Cost objectives. Comply with all standard operating procedures and requirements under TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) Quality System, and with all regulations (local to federal). This work is performed in a manufacturing plant.
