Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support both facility maintenance and material handling equipment in our warehouse operations. You will split duties between building infrastructure upkeep and troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance for forklifts, turrets, aerial lifts, and related equipment.

The role requires experience in building and equipment maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, HVAC, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems.
• OSHA or forklift/HVAC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility issues and implement repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Support with lighting, plumbing, doors, and general facility upkeep; assist HVAC and carpentry as needed.
• Cross-train in refrigeration and other maintenance areas to support growth.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting both facility maintenance and material handling equipment (MHE) maintenance within our warehouse operations. This position will split responsibilities between maintaining building infrastructure and troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, aerial lifts, and related warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility-related issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on both warehouse equipment and building systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including lighting, plumbing, doors, building infrastructure, and general facility equipment.
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting, minor repairs, HVAC support, mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep.
• Support grounds maintenance and exterior facility upkeep as needed.
• Cross-train in additional maintenance disciplines, including refrigeration systems and other industrial maintenance functions, to support career growth and operational flexibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in building maintenance, forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, HVAC, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems.
• Building Maintenance: Experience supporting lighting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs is a plus.
• Refrigeration: Refrigeration and/or ammonia experience is a plus.
• Certifications: OSHA, forklift certification, HVAC certification, or related technical training is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cold storage environments, perform work at heights, and safely operate tools and equipment.
