The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds. Responsibilities include repairing flooring, drywall, appliances; troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems (lighting, locks, smoke/CO2 alarms, etc.), HVAC systems; painting (interior and exterior); and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep). The technician must perform duties in accordance with company policies and safety protocols, supporting client satisfaction within the operating budget and management agreement.
