The John Stewart Company in Sacramento is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance duties across our apartment communities. The role emphasizes safe work practices, problem solving, and timely service to residents, with an on-call component for emergencies.
Responsibilities include responding to work orders, scheduling preventative maintenance, conducting unit turnovers, and coordinating with the Property Manager and vendors.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
This position performs a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventative, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance and regular inspections. Nature of work requires emphasis on safe work practices, sustained physical effort, trouble shooting, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service and time management.
Pay Range: $23.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr.
