$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances

Property Manager

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general building trades
• EPA Certification and Pool License preferred
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and math skills
• Own basic tools for maintenance tasks
