Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in multi-family maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic turn requirements such as painting and drywall repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service when interacting with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Complete work orders efficiently while following safety standards.
• Inspect properties to identify issues that may cause damage.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance promptly.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new tenants (painting, drywall, lighting).
• Maintain common areas (hallways, landings, grounds).
• Keep records of maintenance requests, completed work, and supplies.
• Communicate with the property manager and provide updates on projects.
