Qualifications

• Provide daily repair and upkeep of the property and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis and secure the maintenance shop.
• Maintain necessary tools and comply with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs as a result of evictions.

Skills

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
