Augusta Rental Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold quality across our properties. You’ll perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical issues, and plan preventive tasks to protect long-term value.

This role emphasizes responsiveness to urgent requests and clear communication with residents and team members. Ideal candidates bring HVAC experience, EPA certification preferred, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks in real estate or similar environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Experience in developing preventive maintenance schedules with team.
• HVAC experience and EPA Certification preferred.
• Must have working cell phone, transportation, unrestricted driver's license and maintenance tools.

Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Manage other maintenance requests as required Compensation $23 - $28+ per hour depending on experience

HVAC experience and EPA Certification preferred Must have a working cell phone, reliable transportation, unrestricted drivers license and maintenance tools. A background check is required.
