Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete incoming work orders promptly.
• Decide whether to repair or replace damaged property and estimate materials.
• Complete all maintenance service requests daily.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure inventory and supplies meet needs.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units per Make Ready Checklist.
• Ensure repairs comply with UPCS standards and safety rules.
• Monitor work by outside contractors and document results.
• Maintain clear records and reports on maintenance operations.
