Dietz Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role at one of our premier apartment communities in New Hudson, MI. You will be responsible for repair and upkeep, timely service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Community Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, construction, skilled trades or home repair is desirable.
• Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to be in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled.
• Complete required property and unit inspections and ensure follow-up work is completed as scheduled.
• Provide quality and professional service to residents.
