Stayable is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure guests experience safe, clean, and functioning accommodations. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and handle repairs across rooms and public spaces.

Competitive hourly pay starts at $20 with overtime and bonuses possible. This on-site role requires reliable transport and strong safety awareness to support our growing properties.

Qualifications

• Possess a certification in one or more trades.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Willingness to grow skills across trades and maintain high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on rooms, public spaces, and systems.
• Take on larger projects as needed and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Log and photograph issues and repairs as required.
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and IT equipment.
• Inspect for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
