Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain printing presses, rewinders, motors, and other equipment in a production setting. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and equipment reliability to minimize downtime and maximize output.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least five years of maintenance experience, with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with PLC/Controls/Drive systems.

Qualifications

• Five years maintenance experience required; experience on Flexo Press printing machines strongly preferred.
• At least two years in a manufacturing environment, printing or packaging experience strongly preferred.
• Possesses working knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production.
• Assist in developing and organizing preventive maintenance program.
• Prioritize, schedule and delegate work to ensure quality work at lowest cost.
• Communicate daily with Plant Manager, Supervisors and production personnel about equipment performance.
• Perform root cause analysis to increase serviceability and reliability of equipment.
