Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of all plant equipment. You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues, and maintain thorough records of work orders and parts.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in preventative maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and technical certifications related to industrial equipment. Excellent safety awareness and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with technical certifications for industrial equipment.
• 2–3 years of preventive maintenance in hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment to meet OEE and quality targets.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as directed by Maintenance Manager.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot basic plant equipment problems and coordinate with maintenance team as needed.
• Operate power tools safely to avoid injuries.
• Maintain records for work orders, parts, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Production Manager on equipment training and development.
• Participate in plant safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
