Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and execute mold changeovers as needed.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of experience with advanced electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting and possess a High School Diploma with relevant technical training.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required with technical certifications relevant to servicing industrial equipment.
At least 5 years’ experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, efficient operation of all equipment to meet OEE and quality targets.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment including wiring, motors, controls and devices.
Troubleshoot PLC and electronic systems; read schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and mold changeovers as directed.
Maintain records for maintenance activities and parts inventory.
