The role involves basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, with required safety awareness and a collaborative attitude toward residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Wamiliarity with safety procedures and use of common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident work orders to ensure quality service.
• Prepare apartments for move-in as assigned.
• PerformMaintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
