TransTech Energy, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in McGregor, TX to ensure equipment safety and regulatory compliance. You will schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and manage equipment documentation to support reliable shop operations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus familiarity with PM software and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 480V three-phase and 277/120V electrical systems.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiar with PM software.
• Ability to work with Operations and Production management to solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Maintains all shop equipment and schedules contractors for extensive repairs.
• Leads and facilitates maintenance projects, coordinating team activities.
• Provides day-to-day direction and coaching to department staff on work expectations and safety.
• Creates and maintains all equipment files.
• Performs daily inspections of forklifts, trucks, and overhead cranes; quarterly inspections of tools and cords.
