Job summary

THK Manufacturing of America is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. You’ll help minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability in a safe, efficient work environment.

Open Shifts: 1st shift 7am-3pm or 2nd shift 3pm-11pm with pay starting at $27-$29 per hour based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associates degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
2+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair: perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on production and support equipment.
Troubleshoot machine issues using tools, drawings, and diagnostic instruments.
Safely move, transport, and reinstall machine parts using hoists, forklifts, or dollies.
Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and equipment condition.
Operate machine tools and welding equipment to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
Use measurement and inspection tools to ensure accuracy during repairs.
Investigate root causes of equipment breakdowns and implement solutions to reduce recurrence.
Recommend and support equipment upgrades and improvements to enhance performance.
