Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 1st or 2nd shift. Starting pay range of $26.00–$33.00/hour with a $2/hour shift premium for 2nd shift.

Benefits on day 1, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and a growing company with a great team. Responsibilities include planning plant improvements, scheduling maintenance in MP2 CMMS, performing ISO‑guided PMs, and troubleshooting PLCs and electrical systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three‑five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively to associates of the organization.
• Experience in the use of a variety of tools, equipment, and machines.
• Working knowledge of electrical wiring, electronic controls, troubleshooting PLCs, machining, plumbing, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement plant improvements and expansions.
• Create, schedule, and follow up maintenance work orders in MP2 CMMS.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance per PM Program within ISO and electrical standards.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and related components.
• Maintain documentation and files for equipment and prints.
• Manage parts and material replenishment to reduce downtime.
• Read, interpret, and modify electrical prints and schematics; document changes.
• Understand explosion‑proof and intrinsically safe environments.
• Adhere to ARC Flash and electrical shock prevention.
