Qualifications

• Electrical troubleshooting with ability to read electrical diagrams and P&ID drawings.
• Mechanical maintenance including installation, adjustment and repair of parts and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret PLC programs and troubleshoot PLC hardware/software.
• Commitment to safety programs and proper documentation of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine and building repair and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Install new equipment or upgrades and schedule outside services as needed.
• Maintain 5S and clean, safe work areas; document daily labor and parts usage.
• Read electrical diagrams, troubleshoot systems, and perform mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, read schematics, and fabricate parts as required.
• Participate in safety programs and contribute to continuous improvement teams.
• Adhere to environmental and safety codes at state and federal levels.
