Qualified Staffing – Cookeville is hiring Maintenance Technicians in Lebanon, TN to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and reading technical manuals to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before failures occur.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs.
Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation.
Document completed maintenance work and parts used in maintenance records or CMMS.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all company safety requirements.
