Job summary

The ideal candidate has a trade school or technical college background, HS diploma, and at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, including welding with TIG, MIG, and Gas Arc, plus strong

Qualifications

Five years of industry experience in reactive and preventative maintenance.
Knowledge of mechanical equipment repair (pumps, valves, drives).
Ability to read blueprints and weld using TIG, MIG, and Gas Arc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain safety guidelines and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

Perform Preventative Maintenance checks on all plant equipment.
Perform cutting and welding to build, replace, or repair plant equipment.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety guidelines and permits.
Advise on spare parts usage to maintain inventories.
Identify environmental impacts of maintenance operations and suggest corrective action.
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Engineer.
