Job summary

Amphenol Apc is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform routine and emergency upkeep on complex PCB manufacturing equipment, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, and handling of associated systems. The role involves BMS monitoring, CMMS data entry, and proactive preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a one-year certificate or two years related experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 2 years related experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance is required and/or training.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety procedures and requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC-based systems controlling manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Routine/Emergency maintenance of HVAC, boilers, chillers, fume scrubbers, and compressor systems.
• Use of a Building Management System (BMS) to monitor environmental needs and diagnose issues.
• Maintain chemistries for boiler and chiller operation.
• Ensure NH OSHA specifications for chemical fume ventilation are met and inspect boilers as required.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, wiring, and connections; test after repairs.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
