Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep guest units and buildings in top condition, delivering reliable maintenance and strong customer service. You will perform general upkeep under supervision and address requests to ensure a quality stay for our guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, independent work when needed, and basic handyman skills to maintain doors, windows, walls, fixtures, and landscapes while upholding safety standards and company policies.

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficient operations.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape; collect trash and perform general landscape tasks.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape: including emptying trash, pick up of trash, general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to the company's safety programs.
