• Schedule: Part-time, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, weekends and holidays; more details upon interview.
• Requirements: Previous housekeeping, floor care, and customer service experience are preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $18.21 to $19.92 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs maintenance duties across various facilities and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains, repairs, and operates plant, mechanical areas, grounds, and campus facilities.
• Performs basic maintenance and repairs; contacts appropriate personnel as needed.
• Updates work statuses and costs using company systems.
• Supports fleet maintenance, including welding, plumbing, electrical work, and troubleshooting.
• Assists in minor repairs and reports major issues.
• Cleans sidewalks, parking areas, and disposes of debris.
• Operates electrical and gasoline-powered equipment.
• Maintains and repairs equipment with hand and power tools.
• Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and drywall maintenance.
• Responds to emergency repairs and maintains logs and inspections.
• Reads and transmits detailed instructions effectively.
• Serves as a member of the emergency response team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and infection control areas.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
