This role involves technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience; certifications are a plus.
Hourly range: $21.12 - $26.00 (San Jose). Additional bonuses may be available based on performance and location. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, onsite housing discounts, sabbaticals, 401(k), parental leave, employee assistance, and more.
