You will perform repairs, maintenance tasks, and assist with move-ins while supporting a team-focused, service-driven culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Waterline is a 243-unit mid-rise on Portland's riverfront between the Northwest Alphabet District and the Pearl, with city, river and mountain views. Studio, one- and two-bedroom homes feature gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring and full-size washers and dryers, and residents enjoy a sky lounge, rooftop terrace, fitness center, yoga studio and an art-filled courtyard, with New Seasons and the Portland Streetcar nearby.

This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service


• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)

• Assist with vendor management and other duties


• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment

What we are looking for

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment


• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing


• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress


• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively


• Proficient in MS Office Suite

The hourly range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00

Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.


• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
