Job summary

Greystar's Park 19 in Portland, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building systems, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will respond to resident service requests and prepare apartments for move-ins.

The role requires familiarity with hand and power tools, basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and appliance repairs, plus strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to read and follow manuals.

Responsibilities
