Job summary

Inspire Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing communities running smoothly and safely. You will perform appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water/sewer tasks while addressing environmental services needs and seasonal upkeep, including lawn care and pool operations.

You should have hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing/landscaping, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• A valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
• Seasonal maintenance: lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in good working condition.
• Handle community repairs such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
