Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Landon Trace Townhomes, a 228-unit community in Orlando, FL. The role centers on maintaining appearance and operations to ensure a high quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include handling repairs, completing work orders, and performing preventative maintenance, with on-call duties occasionally required. A 1–2 year maintenance background plus basic trade skills are expected.

Formación

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
