Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance requests, including drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs promptly
  • Occasional on-call work, including weekends and special events
  • Prepare vacant units for rent, perform repairs, and update work order statuses
  • Handle plumbing issues, including replacing fixtures and repairing appliances
  • Maintain grounds, including trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing, and landscaping
  • Follow safety standards per OSHA and company policies, reporting issues immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred
  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience, including DIY projects
  • HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications are a plus
  • Basic math and English literacy skills for reading diagrams and writing reports
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain confidentiality
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Willing to work overtime, on-call, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation
