Job summary
Manor Vail Lodge, a premier lodging property in Vail, Colorado, seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to maintain building structures and grounds, perform repairs, and support guest services. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, completing work orders, and ensuring safety and proper operation of Life Safety and EMS systems.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, multi-trade skills (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry), and basic pool/spa
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
- Experience in maintenance and basic repairs across trades.
- Comfort with reading safety rules and maintenance manuals.
Responsibilities
- Resolves guests' problems and handles all guest requests.
- Identifies problems, initiates work orders, and documents in HotSos.
- Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs.
- Complete rounds, report issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Operate office equipment and EMS/Life Safety Systems and address safety issues.
- Basic pool and spa knowledge; perform pool chemical tests and equipment checks.
