The incumbent will perform apartment turnovers, operate and repair equipment safely in line with OSHA guidelines, respond to work orders, and participate in on-call rotations. Lifting up to 75 lbs and weekend/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and stand for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Weekend work and on-call emergencies may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Operates and maintains on-site equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA policies.
• Performs detailed apartment turnovers including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and appliance maintenance.
• Responds to work orders promptly and participates in the on-call maintenance rotation.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to uphold maintenance standards; secures tools and storage areas.
• Complies with company policies while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Participates in training workshops and safety meetings as necessary.
