Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Groves of Delray, a 158-unit apartment community in Delray Beach, FL. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to ensure a great living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after hours).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
