Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property.
• Handle lock-outs and 24-hour service requests.
