Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician in the east area of Pittsburgh, including North Versailles, Edgewood, East McKeesport, and Wilmerding. This property group includes Broadway Manor apartments, Edgewood Court Apartments, Landmark Apartments, and Parkside Apartments.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Groundskeeping as needed
• Other duties to support Birgo's mission

Requirements

• Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
• Ability to document tasks digitally
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Lift and carry 50 pounds
• Safe use of power tools
• Ability to work in confined spaces and climb ladders
