Job summary

Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of our commercial properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants and guests.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenance, with occasional weekend work and coordination of maintenance projects under supervision.

Maintenance Technician

Job Requirements

Maintenance Technician

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.

Education/Qualification

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
