Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maximize uptime of our facility and manufacturing equipment. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and implementing long-term fixes.

Shift: C Team, 7pm–7am (2-2-3). Starting pay $32–$40 per hour based on experience. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to safety and efficiency across the operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair experience.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and logical troubleshooting aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
• Follow predictive and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve machine performance.
• Install, inspect, and repair motors, wiring, switchboards, relays, and circuit breakers in compliance with safety standards.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes with production teams and engineers.
• Inspect and maintain shop equipment in alignment with OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support general facility upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, and routine grounds maintenance as needed.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
