Old-Castle-Building-Envelop (OBE) is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running. You will repair, replace and install machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical issues and PLC controls under the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical plant maintenance including repair and installation of machinery and equipment as assigned by supervisor.
• Troubleshoot to determine appropriate repairs including replacement of defective parts.
• Assemble, install, test, and inspect machines and equipment as needed.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure continuous production processes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
• Repair and replace faulty components and equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment according to established schedules.

The 2 nd shift Maintenance Technicianis focused on repairs of components andreports to the Maintenance Manager.
