Essential Functions:
- Safety: Take responsibility for housekeeping of immediate work areas to assist in maintaining a safe work environment, follow all safe work practices, and use all applicable PPE.

Essential Functions:
- Practice continuous improvement
- Understand and comply with the internal and external customer expectations
- Take ownership and responsibility for all mechanical components in the manufacturing facility, including drives, pumps, motors, and plant automation.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, squat, kneel, climb (with or without a ladder), and sit over a ten-to-twelve-hour shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in extreme conditions for limited periods.
Knowledge And Skills
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
- Interpret manufacturing requirements and translate into tasks to meet production goals.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Verifiable education or experience in an industrial setting.
- Good communication skills for interacting with service providers.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize plant repairs and respond to equipment failures.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Communicate repair priorities and technical updates.
- Follow up on repairs to verify progress.
- Build relationships with vendors and departments to optimize plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Education Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Verifiable education/experience in industrial automation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour with a $2.00/hour night shift differential
Night Shift [40 hours/week]: $22.00/hour starting + up to 52% of gross monthly earnings = $63,232*
- Figures exclude taxes, benefits, overtime, and other deductions.
