Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support industrial production environments in Missouri.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot a range of equipment, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met while wearing required PPE. Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining critical systems (glycol, RO, lubrication), and coordinating with shifts to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Health and safety policies and GMPs are followed.
• PPE must be worn in warehouse/production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and food safety standards (SQF).
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain production support equipment such as glycol and RO systems.

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance and manage line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery to diagnose faults across electrical/hydraulic/mechanical/pneumatic systems.
• Maintain production support equipment including glycol, RO, and lubrication systems.
• Document work orders and ensure proper part usage for inventory control.
• Communicate maintenance and production updates between shifts.

Essential Job Functions:

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts).
• Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF).
• Report problems with the FSMS to responsible managerial employees to initiate corrective actions.
• Ability to perform and complete repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Able to troubleshoot machinery for malfunctions (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, & pneumatic).
• Able to perform maintenance on all production supporting equipment (i.e. glycol system, RO system, Compressed Air system, lubrication systems, chemical distribution systems).
• Use innovative thinking when troubleshooting equipment in order to minimize production downtime, assure food safety, product quality and personnel safety.
• Complete, document, and retrieve final approvals on all assigned work orders to include recording all utilized part numbers for inventory purposes.
• Communicate effectively and completely all relevant maintenance and production related information from shift to relieving shift.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Communicate with production during periods of downtime.
• Work collaboratively with all adjacent teams to resolve issues rapidly and drive improvement.
