Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Newark, OH. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced plant, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

As aMulticraft Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery

Preferred (not required):

• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary for position: $28.92 – $42.48 per hour.
• Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

• 11 paid Holidays.
