The role requires accountability, strong time management, and a customer-focused approach to handling daily repairs and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, and refurbishment tasks while staying on schedule and delivering high-quality service.

• Willingness to be on-call 24 hours.
• Must carry an owned smartphone for work communications.

Responsibilities

As Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service. #mc
