Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $18–$20/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily community in Buford, GA. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning spaces — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

  • Assist with unit turns/make-readies: painting, drywall, and light carpentry

  • Support preventative maintenance on HVAC, irrigation, and general systems

  • Maintain the property grounds and common areas

  • Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of residential or property maintenance experience

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliances

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
