Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician for Eagles Crest in Harrisburg, PA. You will support a 468-unit community by addressing repairs, preventative maintenance, and responsive service requests.

Earn $19.00–$23.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match; generous PTO; and an on-call incentive. A valid driver’s license and HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to resident service requests and assigned work orders.
• Communicate professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.
• Complete preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance, functionality, and success of the community.
• Provide exceptional service while helping residents feel proud to call their community home.
